Christo Vladimirov Javacheff and Jeanne-Claudo Marie Denat are a couple. They also make cool art projects, like 'Wrapped Trees' and 'Surrounded Islands'.

It's all about wrapping. For 'Wrapped Trees' in Switzerland, they wrapped 178 trees with woven polyester fabric. It is normally used every winter in Japan to protect trees
from frost and heavy snow.
So, nature is a part of the sculptures. The branches create volume and shadows, the wind creates moving and new shapes.
'Surrounded Islands' is their best known project. Eleven islands near Miami were surrounded with 603,870 square meters of floating pink woven polypropylene fabric.
Again, the pink color of the shiny fabric was in harmony with the
tropical vegetation of the uninhabited verdant islands, the light of the sky and the colors of the shallow waters of the bay.
